There is a serious problem with lack of consistency in Ghana. This post today is inspired by my experience at one of my favourite restaurants. It's Vida e Cafe. I have loved going there to do work, network and have some good food and coffee.
One of my favourite things to buy on the menu is the omelet. Ordering the omelet was an experience because they brought it out in a hot sizzling skillet. It felt great to see it coming and hearing the sizzle as they placed it on my table. But this time when I went to Vida e Cafe, they brought the omelet out on a regular plate. Needless to say, I was not impressed, it was a lackluster experience compared to what I had gotten used to.
