These mosquitoes are eating me up. There seems to be one that likes to disturb me when I'm trying to sleep too. Ugh. We lost power on Wednesday evening and the generator battery was dead so there was no backup. It happened when I was in the middle of taking a shower too! I thought, 'Oh well'. I'll just keep feeling this nice water on my body and navigate through the dark. Good thing I knew where I laid out my clothing.
Thursday 10th of November I went to check on my uncle's land and farm on the other side of town. It was so hot. I'm so glad I brought my rain boots because the grounds were a mix of muddy, wet and some dry areas. I had a moment to pick some mangoes off the trees.
There are several coconut trees on the grounds so we had one of the workers cut some bunches off and I enjoyed some fresh coconut water.
